Elevé provides scheduled private postoperative nursing and recovery support for eligible patients after discharge from the surgical facility.
Your surgeon and treating medical team remain responsible for your surgical treatment, prescriptions, medical decision-making and changes to your postoperative plan.
Elevé does not replace medically necessary home health, physical therapy, occupational therapy, your surgeon, required medical follow-up or emergency medical services.
RN Check-In services are intermittent supplemental nursing visits. They are not continuous monitoring and do not replace a responsible adult when one is required by your surgeon or surgical facility.
